These terms govern your use of SQuote and this website, provided by nalvk LLC, a limited liability company organized in [State of formation]. By using SQuote you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, keeping your sign-in details secure, and the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be able to form a binding contract to use SQuote for your business.

Quotes are your responsibility

SQuote uses AI to draft quotes from what you describe. Drafts can contain mistakes. You must review every quote before you send it, and you are responsible for the prices, scope and terms you give your customers.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refunded.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse SQuote: no unlawful use, sending unwanted or deceptive messages, attempting to break or overload the service, or accessing accounts that are not yours. You are responsible for having permission to contact the customers you message through SQuote.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into SQuote. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run and improve the service for you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SQuote available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or change features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SQuote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, nalvk LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
